Lauri Rollings is the president and CEO of Lauri Rollings and Associates. She provides consulting services promoting recruiting and retention of women and people of color in the construction industry. She is a steering committee member of the Safe from Hate Alliance, a group of construction industry stakeholders dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion by clearly addressing job site culture. Rollings previously served as Executive Director of the Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association (PMCA) of Oregon (and parts of Southwestern Washington and Northern California) and Executive Director of the Plumbing Mechanical & Sheet Metal Contractors’ Alliance of Milwaukee. Before joining the construction industry, she practiced law for more than a decade and, before that, was a newspaper reporter. Rollings graduated with honors from both Stanford Law School and the University of Wisconsin.
