In the last 25years, Luis De Souza has seen the company he founded, NFS Technology, rise to become a leading international software and services business with offices in the UK, USA, India, Australia and South Africa. NFS has 100+ staff internationally and serves over 1800 clients.
Luis’ career combines wide business experience with extensive management expertise in both large and small companies. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the London Business School, with specialisation in marketing and finance. He is passionate about organic business growth, international expansion and leading a dynamic team who care deeply about their client’s business.
This means Luis is perfectly positioned to empower his teams to harness the technology to solve clients’ problems creatively – the problems range from being able to operate an independent restaurant efficiently to managing meeting space across multiple locations, globally.
Prior to founding NFS, Luis held senior management positions at Ford, ITT, and McKinsey Consulting. He brings extensive business expertise across different industries, including best practice in creating and implementing technology in the facilities and hospitality markets.
